Compact Mini Megabase - 981 SPM. Stamp it, and connect to resources. Rinse and repeat. Iron ore on the left, crude oil from the top, water from the bottom. Upper right copper ore, stone and coal on the lower right. Takes about 6 GW of power.
Comes with science usage meter.
This base is a combination of my previous compact blueprints. I could try to compress it more, but I'll wait for the DLC - that space in the middle can come in handy (I expect 8th science pack with the DLC).
Update: replaced most stack inserters with fast inserters to lower by a bit overall cost and energy consumption of the base, plus minor clean-up
