It's a model based on the basic alignment of robotports. The nuclear rodes and wastes are managed by bots. 6 nuclear fuel cells every 200 seconds, so it is 0.03 fuell cells per second. You have 3 pipes on each lateral sides. They must be connected with offshore pumps (one for each pipe) So 6 offshore pump by blueprint.
