A unit for recycling scap on fulgora and handle quality filtering, with the ability to push filtered output to a bus without bots.
No circuit required, no Fulgora science, works with any belt (just adjust the number of recyclers).
Scrap go in from the 2 belts at the top , products go out from chests, and belts at the bottom.
You can move around the different sub units, but respect the splitter priorities.
You can select the output quality for the output bus (currently set to normal).
