Produces 42k advanced circuits per minute (a little under 3 full-stacked turbo belts). Requires [item=electronic-circuit] electronic circuits, [item=coal] coal, and [fluid=petroleum-gas] petroleum inputs. The built is clocked to save on UPS, but definitely isn't fully optimal.
