Here is a Red Circuit factory using my city block layout. I as always am using the Noxys Waterfill mod for aesthetics https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Noxys_Waterfill
Since the copper wire intake isn't too absurd for Red Circuits I added factories for them at the North side of the block, which is where the copper feeds in. Plastic feeds to the West and Green Circuits feed to the East, with the red circuit output to the south.
Not too much more in depth there, other than some fun spaghetti with the plastic and green circuit input belts belts as I wanted to tuck as many arrays side by side. They could possibly stand to be buffered with some more boxes but as is I think it's good.
