Useful for setting a cap for as many items as you want. This also adds all qualities (except legendary) to all items selected. Just add any items to the combinator that you want capped. Set the cap either in the parameter or in the arithmetic combinator. You don't have to keep the roboport or recycler, they're there for illustrative purposes.
