Decently late-game scrap-to-legendary extractor. Just provide power, attach heavy oil with an offshore pump, and place the cargo wagon on the tracks, ensuring it lines up with the inserters and recyclers. Tested with scrap productivity level 5, at 6+ overflow begins, but it will balance itself out. Automatically sorts scrap, recycling excess, using what it needs. The only component that doesn't recycle excess is holmium ore. Uses a lot of legendary machines and modules. Can also just be used for superconductor if that's your thing.
