Not the best ships by any account, both require about 40 rocket launches to build, they can make the trips safely to every inner planets, but they require an ammo rocket every now-and-then. You might need to throttle the speed if your penetration damage is too low.
The first one is an early ship that uses module 1s, and goes at about 80km/s
The second design requires asteroid reprocessing and goes at about 170km/s
