This is a Full Base on a 100x100 Grid and it will produce 100 Science per min

Changes:
- Fixed structures for vanilla 0.17
- Fixed Rocket silo and inserters
- Fixed inserter for an edge steel smelter
- Removed broken circuits networks except belt circle for labs
- Added chests for steel and red circuits because purple science is very unstable (this issue is not fixed totally)
- Removed speaker, indicator and other trash
- Labs are set to 120 SPM with full upgrades
- Some inserters are changed to fast because stability is affected by speed of stack inserters
