Recycles 4 blue belts of scrap down to ingredients and sub-ingredients of those, sorted into storage chests/tanks!
The only thing that'll clog it up is if you don't consume enough Holium Solution, so it'll warn you before that happens.
Desired stock (everything else will be broken down) can be configured in top-left combinator.
Indicator lights show when desired stock is reached and a certain item is getting actively recycled.
If you want to remove the batteries on the right and use your own power from somewhere else:
