This blueprint is tileable vertically, and consistently outputs two full blue belts of green circuits given enough input (it consists of two symmetrical parts, both of which are included to make it easily tileable). A single part is made of 6 assemblers and 24 beacons (36 beacons total).
It's called The Fish because the power lines look like a fish from the map view.
