- Place over water
- Disconnect heat pipes from reactor plant & rest of system during startup (this isolates reactor/ turbines from entire system & is required until solid/rocket fuel production is in full swing supplementing heating)
- Use solar & efficiency modules in chemical plants to produce initial water for turbines when reactor is over 600C
- Use logistic bots to provide fuel for heating offsite pumpjacks (prioritize oil first)
- Reconnect reactor plant to system
- Hear ye, hear ye, a new law has passed "DO NOT USE LAMPS"
