Better to use map view to be able to easily lay it down. Vanilla, only counters need the "nixie tubes" mod, but they are not needed, they just allow to check that nothing wrong is in the factory. You can safely use it without this mod. Equipped with the labs to use the full science production. Has a refuel station to feed the trains via bots. It needs around 1 GW electricity.
You'll need to feed by trains with 3 iron, 3 copper (really 3 full trains non stop, better always have at least 2 copper trains waiting), 1 stone, 1 coal, 1 steel, 1 gas petroleum and 1 lub oil. Also a train of white science. Connect to 1 pipe of water. Every station has a constant showing what to bring in. The BP is set with roboports to help auto-building via bots, just bring a train with all the components, unload, and put enough bots.
