So you're launching 1 rocket per minute right? That's 1,000 space science packs per minute. You need to match that with 1,000 of all the other science packs per minute.
Here's a start. 1,000 Red and Green Science per minute. Just deliver iron plate to the highest station, copper plate to the middle and take the red and green science away from the bottom one.
Notes:
- This burns iron plate far more quickly than copper plate
- The input stations are designed to be 2-4-2
- The output station is 1-2-1, with separate wagons for the red and green. If you don't restrict the wagons, it will take 8 minutes to fill them
- It produces more yellow belt and yellow inserters than necessary, so eventually the demand for iron and copper will reduce when they (and the green circuits) fully back up
- The roboports at the North could be moved South
- I'd recommend you use 150 logistics bots for this build
- The rails are designed for left hand drive
