Ensures that petroleum and Light/Heavy oil production isn't stopped due to full storage and that Petroleum and Light Oil doesn't run out as easily.
If Petroleum gets too low it turns on the Light Oil to Petroleum, if it gets too high it turns on the Petroleum to Solid Fuel. If Light Oil gets too low it turns on the Heavy Oil to Light Oil. if it gets too high it turns on the Light Oil to Petroleum. If Heavy Oil gets too high it turns on the Heavy Oil to Light Oil. In the event that all of them are too high it turns off the refineries
Only connect power via the poles at the end of the tanks. Anywhere else will result in the system being over-ridden.
Oil/water input and the outputs can be done anywhere at your discretion. It's all interconnected so connecting from any point will work.
This was made on the experimental version 0.17.49 but should work for all versions.
