Space Exploration 2x2 Controlled Condenser Nuclear Reactor

Setup:

Feed in water from both sides
Supply nuclear cells on INNER side of the belt (best at splitter at the top middle)
Remove burned fuel cells from belt
Make sure circuit logic does not lose power

Do not connect outgoing power to the middle substations (covering the middle of the power plant). It is on a separate power grid on purpose.

Make sure you have enough starting power / solar (20kW) for the combinators to not run out of power! you can replace the bottom solar panels with stonger ones if you can, just stay inside the are of the substation that covers the bottom part.
